We match all electricity used with electricity sourced purely from wind and solar farms.
Reducing Embodied Carbon
We undertook a refurbishment project rather than a redevelopment of the site. All furniture in common spaces is remanufactured.
Recycling
We use state-of-the-art recycling services as well as 85-95% recovery of materials from incoming waste streams.
Cycling
We have 17 bicycle racks as well as a repair station, bicycle rental options, shower facilities and lockers.
Circular Economy Interior Packages.
We can provide spaces on a fully furnished, ‘ready to go’ basis.
C2 design and Rype Office have been used as Circular Economy fit out and furnishing experts at McLellan Works. They have provided high quality remanufactured office furniture and exciting furniture made from waste. Both save money and carbon emissions.
